About Us & Product

Q: Do you have a showroom, and is your showroom open to the public?
A: Yes, our showroom is open to the public. We have a 57,000 SF warehouse and showroom located on the backside of the Amazon building in the Airport Business Park. 7040B Northwinds Drive NW Concord, NC 28027.

Q: Where are National Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry Inc's cabinets manufactured?
A: National Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry Inc's cabinets are manufactured in Mainland China.

Q: How many styles of cabinets do you offer?
A: We currently have 6 door styles and we will be coming out with Pearl Gray in early April 2017.

Q: What wood material is used for National Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry Inc's cabinetry?
A: All of our cabinets are made from maple wood. All cabinet parts made from solid maple are: doors, drawers, frames, moldings, corbels, post, decoration parts, etc. Plywood is used for our cabinet box construction. Absolutely no compressed woods or particle boards are used.

Q: Are all cabinets soft-closed?
A: Yes. All of our cabinets come with 6-way adjustable European hidden metal soft-close hinges on the door, and full extension, under-mounted, soft-close, steel concealed glides for the drawers.

Q: Do I need a finished end panel for the exposed cabinet side?
A: No. End panels are not required since all of our cabinet sides are stained/painted to match.

Q: How thick are cabinet doors, frames & construction box?
A: Doors and frames are ¾” thick. Cabinet boxes are ½” thick.

Q: Are glass shelves and inserts included with glass cabinets?
A: No. Wall glass cabinets are constructed with wall cabinet boxes and shelves. Glass shelves and inserts are sold separately.

Q: What type of glass do you carry for wall glass cabinet?
A: We only carry tempered glass for our cabinets. Tempered glass is a type of safety glass which is more safe and less likely to cause injury. We have clear and frosted glass inserts, clear glass shelves (packed and sold separately).

Q: Is your cabinetry safe and certified?
A: National Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry Inc. is California Air Resources Board (CARB) Compliant and certified. CARB has helped to create laws to protect people and the environment against the harmful effects of formaldehyde.

Q: Do you sell countertops?
A: No. We do not sell countertops.

Q: Do you sell kitchen and bath sinks? Hardware?
A: Yes. We only sell to authorized National Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry Inc. contractors, dealers, builders, and retailers.

About Services

Q: Do you offer shipping, and how will cabinets be shipped?
A: Yes, our products are shipped via popular freight logistic companies (FedEx, UPS, USF REDDAWAY, YRC, etc.). Cabinets are packaged individually in boxes, placed onto a pallet with shrink wrap. Then, orders will be shipped to different locations such as a business with or without a loading dock and forklift, residential, or construction sites. All destinations must be tractor trailer accessible.

Q: Do you offer delivery, and how will cabinets be delivered?
A: Yes. National Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry Inc offers delivery to customers with a delivery address within a 60-mile radius of our warehouse in Concord, NC. For all customers who have requested delivery, we will contact by phone the night prior as a reminder. We will usually send out a reminder (via text message, phone call, and/or email) when orders are out for delivery.

Q: When can I expect to pick up my cabinets?
A: Our customers are expected to pick up orders as scheduled. If everything is in stock, customers can pick up their product(s) on the same day or on the next business day (depending on order size and time of order confirmation).

About Clients

Q: Do you sell cabinets to homeowners?
A: No. Our main clients are builders, contractors, retailers, or anyone licensed and related to the cabinet/construction industry.

Q: How can I become a National Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry Inc. dealer?

Product Warranty & Company Policy

Q: What is the National Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry Inc. warranty?
A: One year limited warranty: National Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry Inc. warrants that all cabinets sold by National Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry Inc are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not include labor for removal or replacement of defective part. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to any other party. This warranty does not extend to defects caused by improper handling, storage, installation assembly or disassembly, damage, product modifications, exposure to the elements, misuse, abuse, or negligence. Variations and environmental exposures not covered. By purchasing the product, the original purchaser acknowledges that natural wood may vary in texture, color, and wood grain and it may exhibit subtle changes as it ages. Sunlight, some, moisture, household cleaners, and other environmental conditions may cause the materials to vary from their original color and to warp, split, or crack. These variations are considered to be natural and related to the environmental exposure of the product and are not covered under this warranty. 

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Cabinets may be returned or exchanged (as long as order is still protected under warranty) for instore credit. There will be no charges for returns upon approval, within 10 days of the pickup/delivery/ship date. After 10 days, there will be a 25% handling/restocking charge. Products must be in re-saleable condition and accompanied with a receipt or paid invoice with no exceptions. Customers will receive an in-store credit at the time the merchandise is returned. Absolutely no returns or exchanges can be made on any assembled or modified cabinets and special orders such as sinks, faucets, handles, knobs, accessories, closeout items, and etc.

Q: What’s your company payment method?
A: We accept company credit cards (Visa / Master), cashier checks, money orders, cash, company checks, and wire transfer. 

Q: What is your payment policy?
A: Our company policy requires a 50% down payment for all orders (assembled or unassembled). The order will be paid in full on the order pickup/delivery/ship date.

Q: What is your delivery policy?
A: National Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry Inc offers delivery to customers with a delivery address within a 60-mile radius of our warehouse in Concord, NC. For all customers who have requested delivery, we will contact by phone the night prior as a reminder. We will usually send out a reminder (via text message, phone call, and/or email) when orders are out for delivery.

Q: Is there a delivery cancellation fee?
A:If a customer cancels a delivery or changes their delivery date at the last minute, we may charge a cancellation fee. All delivery orders are placed onto the truck the evening prior to the delivery date. As a courtesy, if you think you may have a reason to delay or cancel your delivery, please contact us in advance (at least 3-5 business days) to avoid a cancellation fee.

Q: Are there any storage fees if I can’t pick up my orders on time?
A: Yes. Our customers are expected to pick up orders as scheduled. Orders left in our warehouse become a hazard and are subject to damage as they may be moved around to make way for other orders/activity. Delayed pickup/delivery/shipping including assembled cabinets are subject to a storage fee of $20.00 per day. If you think you may have a reason for the delay of a pickup/delivery/shipping, please contact National Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry Inc in advance (at least 3-5 business days) to avoid storage fees.
