We partner with trusted freight carriers—including FedEx, UPS, USF, REDDAWAY, YRC, and more—to provide nationwide delivery to commercial locations and job sites. We’ll work with you to coordinate logistics and ensure that your order arrives safely and on time, whether you’re managing a local build or coordinating a project across state lines.

RTA Shipping

Looking for a flexible shipping option? Our Ready-To-Assemble (RTA) cabinets are a great solution! Orders are carefully packed flat onto pallets and shipped via freight carriers to your commercial dock or job site curbside, depending on access. RTA cabinets come with all necessary parts and hardware, securely packaged to prevent damage in transit and clearly labeled for easy identification during unpacking and assembly.

Shipping & Damage Policy

We take great care in preparing your cabinets for shipping, using protective materials and palletizing methods to ensure safe transport. However, shipping damage can occasionally occur. That’s why it’s important to thoroughly inspect your order upon delivery.

  • Take clear photos of any issues before opening the packaging.
  • Note any damages or concerns directly on the delivery slip.

Delivery (RTA / Assembled)

We try to schedule deliveries one to two (1-2) days after order has been completed. We offer curbside delivery only at additional charge as one of our services and you are responsible for receiving the delivery at the address you have provided to us. Carefully check your order at the time of delivery for transit damage and/or shortage. If damage or shortage is detected, it should be duly noted on the delivery slid before signing for merchandise. National Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry, Inc. is not responsible for any damages/shortages after the receiver has signed off and acknowledged that their delivery is in good standing.

Freight Carrier/FOB

For orders that require shipping, we usually allow one to two (1-2) business days for the packaging of the product. On the next day, we will schedule a freight carrier to pick up orders from our warehouse. The customer also has the option to schedule a freight carrier to pick up their order from our warehouse. In this case, the customer will need to provide NKBC the shipping label or Bill of Lading (BOL). When your items have shipped, a PRO# will be assigned. We will email/fax you with all information necessary to track your shipment.
