  • RTA Shipping: RTA is Ready to Assemble. Your cabinets will be carefully packaged flat onto pallets for shipping, and will be delivered by a freight carrier curbside residential; which means the pallets are dropped near the curb at the front of the residence or shipping to a business with a dock.


While your package is prepared for shipping with the utmost care, things that occur during the shipping process can potentially result in damages. It is important to inspect your shipment thoroughly upon arrival, and do not sign for the delivery receipt until after your inspection. If anything is found to be damaged upon arrival, notate this on the delivery slip and be sure to take photos of any damages. Contact your sales representative for more information regarding filing a claim.
